How to proceed

• click on „Click here for the trademark application“
• or contact us by the e-mail lawyer@lawyer.cz, or call on the phone No. + 420 596 11 22 33
• we will contact you back with more detailed informations concerning the documents, necessary for the registration
• you will specify the representation of the trademark and the goods or services, labelled by the trademark
• we will realize the trademark search service to find any registered similar trademarks (if the search service is ordered)
• we will clasify the labelled goods and services followig the Nice classification and prepare the apllication
• we will submit the trademark application to the Office for the harmonisation of the internal marjet (OHIM)
• we will represent the trademark applicant in the whole registration process
• we will send you te certificat of the registration immediately after receiving it from the OHIM
• the same process in the scope of the representation in front of the national registration offices in the Czech republic, Slovakia or Poland
