Price list

The price includes the classification of the goods and services following the Nice classification, trademark application, representation of applicant during the registration procedure, submitting of the observations on the possible opposition, communication with the registration office during the whole procedure. The price can be negotiated in case of the application for more than 3 trademarks simultaneously.

Application for the Community trademark

• 450,- Euro (price of the service)
• 900,- Euro (administrative fee - the fee is paid directly to the office after submitting the application)
• eventually 250,- Euro for the trademark search service

Application for the national trademark (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland)

• 250,- Euro - Czech Republic (price of the service)
• 420,- Euro - Slovakia (price of the service)
• the administrative fees following the selected country
• eventually 100,- Euro for the trademark search service (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland)

Other services

• 350,- Euro - for the Community trademark renewal (+ an administrative fee 1350,- Euro)
• 150,- Euro - for the national trademark renewal (Czech Republic, price for Slovakia and Poland will be precised upon client's first demand), + an administrative fee for the renewal following the selected country
• 150,- Euro - for the registration of any modifications (trademark transfer etc.)
• 250,- Euro - for elaboration of the observation on the opposition (in case when the national trademark search has been made before the application, the price for the observation is not invoiced)

Price for the search service

• 250,- Euro for the Community trademark search
• 100,- Euro for the national trademark search (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland)

Price for the continual trademark search service (prices per year)

• 750,- Euro for the Community trademark continual search service
• 350,- Euro for the national trademark continual search service (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland)

Price of other legal services

• negotiated at hourly rate
