Trademark renewal

The validity of the Trademark is 10 years from submitting the application. This period can be renewed indefinitely for the periods of 10 years.

The administrative fee for the renewal is 1500,- Euro (Community trademark) or 2500,- CZK (Czech national trademark).

In the scope of this service we prepare all the necessary documents and we represent the trademark holder in the renewal proceeding.
